Return conditions:
We accept returns of products in any condition: opened, showing signs of use, with possible defects, or new.
We also accept returns due to a change of mind or dissatisfaction.

Return procedure:
To initiate a return, please contact us by email at lannor.faq@gmail.com, including your order number and the reason for the return.
You will receive a free shipping label to return the product to our store.
Return shipping costs will be covered by LANNOR.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received, we will process the refund within a maximum of 5 business days.

Refund method:
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges
Exchange procedure:
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please indicate this when requesting the return.

Price adjustments:
If the exchanged product has a different value, we will adjust the amount to be paid or refunded accordingly.

Additional information
During high demand periods, such as November and December, the return period may be extended by an additional 30 days.
Customers will not be responsible for return shipping costs if the return is due to dissatisfaction or a change of mind.
