To initiate a return, please contact us by email at support@lannor.com, including your order number and the reason for your return.

You will receive a free return shipping label to send the item back to us.

All return shipping costs are covered by LANNOR.

Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.


Refund method:
